From the moment Salome, a very friendly host, welcomed us at the property, we felt right at home. the communication was excellent and the host was flexible with our early check-in. the apartment itself was spacious and filled with plenty of natural light. the bed was large and comfortable, and with only two of us in the two-bed apartment, we had more than enough space. We were pleased with the ample hot water and good shower pressure. the towels and bedding provided were of great quality. Another highlight was the efficient air-conditioning in all rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. the amenities, including a coffee machine and dishwasher, were a nice touch. the fast and reliable wifi was greatly appreciated. the apartment also had a nice outlook to the hills, although it overlooked a busy road and car park. the private parking was secure, which is essential in this area. the hurricane lamps provided for load-shedding blackouts were a thoughtful addition.
Nothing not to like. 🌟

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. The soft colors and beautiful furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing with a book or enjoying a cup of tea. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with easy access ramps and spacious elevators that made getting around a breeze.
It would have been even better if there had been more assistance available for senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or staff members specifically trained to cater to the needs of older individuals would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is close to great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. the central location makes it convenient to explore and enjoy the surroundings. Guests can easily find a variety of dining options just around the corner, and the grocery store across the street is perfect for quick shopping. the hotel offers a comfortable and spacious room, equipped with amenities for a relaxing stay.
Some minor inconveniences were reported by guests, such as the lack of a showerhead in the master bedroom's bath and the absence of a tea strainer and small frying pan in the kitchen.

A charming hotel with convenient amenities like a grocery store and laundry services. Who needs pets anyway? Too bad they didn't have a zoo too.
